I have always found Julia provides excellent treatment along with specified exercises to aid your recovery. Julia explains what treatment is required and is happy to answer any questions... you wish to raise. . Julia is very experienced, providing excellent service in a professional yet friendly manner. I came to Julia with lower back pain due to working long hours from home, i could not sit at my desk for more than 20 minutes at a time without having to stand up.Julia soon put a program... together and on my weekly visits she used a Radio-frequency treatment INDIBA, I was with her for around 10 weeks and felt improvement after 2 sessions. She gave me exercises to do and showed ways to correct my posture when sat at my desk.I cannot recommend Julia Trevor enough. If you struggle with your back due to sitting at a desk, do not hesitate to give her a call or drop her an email.read more

"Friendly, Funny and Expert" are three words I would use to describe Julia. Julia is available for advice whenever you need in or out of session. I even enjoyed the ski history lesson... !Would recommend JT Physio for any of your needs.read more
