Communication
We send text/email confirmation of all appointments to clients. We also offer a text/call reminder service on the day of your appointment.
By summarising your diagnosis and home programme and advice in messages and videos we ensure you don’t forget what to do and optimise your recovery. Where appropriate and with your consent we can write to your GP, Consultant or employer etc. to ensure continuity of your treatment and care.
If a client is unsure about any information or advice we encourage you to message the clinic and Julia will contact you when she is free to discuss.

Regular evaluation of your condition and improvement is carried out and any additional needs addressed such as referring for MRI scans, requirement for pain management medication etc. are assessed and acted upon.
